Golden, hazy appearance. Bretty, leathery, typical Cantillon aroma. Very tart, a touch spritzy. I didn’t find bugger all for fruit. So basically a slightly maltier version of Cantillon Gueuze is what we’ve got...not a bad thing but this needs more fruit to match a masterpiece like Soleil de Minuit.
