On tap at Ølfestival 2011. An unclear, golden beer with a two-finger, creamy off-white head. Quite pleasant aroma with a sensible level of ginger. Some apricot and dusty cellar too. There’s a slight ginger burn on the palate, it’s full-bodied and smooth, with peppery hints, peaches and a little bitterness, as well as sweetness in the flavor. Sweet, fruity and lighlty peppery finish. A nice and easy drinkable beer. 110526

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Cloudy pale amber, small head. Aroma of ginger marmelade. Sweet and fruity, light-medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Some floral hay, then ginger takes over. Fairly low bitterness. Too much ginger for me.
