Sampled from the tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a clear reddish amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sour stone fruit with a good amount of oak and red wine supporting. Flavor has lots of sour stone fruit with dry red wine and a bit of oak backing.

Keg at the Milwaukee location. Clear red purple thin creamy white head good retention. Aroma of grape, oak, pepper, lemon. Taste is grape, cherry, funk, pepper, oak. Medium bodied, lingering spice and tartness.
