Draught@CPH BF 2011. Quite much pitch black colour, not much head. Aroma is liquorice, mild wood, some slight bitterness as well. Flavour is very similar along with some earthyness. Interesting twist of a stout.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Black, small creamy head. Fruity nose where licorice meet chocolate, raisins and vegetables.Mid dry with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Softer and seemingly more well integrated than their stout with basil. The seaweed seems to contribute more with softness and a general fruitiness than aroma.
