Gravity dispense (bag-in-box) @ 27th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2010, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Light unclear medium yellow orange colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apple, dry apple. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, apples, fresh, fruity, to sweet for me. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. Re. my note ABV: was 7.0% !! [20101201]

bottle, in the cellars of Broome Farm, August 2009, what a name. Lots of characterful apples, indeed bitter-sweet. Not as balanced as many ciders, but much more interesting, because it shows the character of this apple variety.
