cloudy yellow, smooth wihte head. Aroma has beligan yeast, citrussy notes. flavor is begian yeast, dryness, faint fruit peely bitterness, brett. nice one.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of fruit and brettanomyces. The flavor i s sweet with strong notes of frui, combined with medium notes of yeast, brettanomyces, spices, and malt, leading to a tart brett’y finish.

Sample @ CBF. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are bitter hops, yeast, malt and fruits.

On tap. Pours a hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Strange farty nose, a little vinegar and balsamico - and.....a banana touch! Medium body, dry fruitiness, the Brett really comes out in the flavour with a whiff of ginger. Dry and bitter finish. Nowhere near an Orval but a nice beer nonetheless. 260511
