Cask (gravity) @ 27th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2010, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium to dark amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toffee, malty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, toffee, caramel, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20101201]
