Hazy amber, thick offwhite head. Fruity, hoppy aroma, honey perhaps, piney notes. Flavour has solid hoppy bitterness and juicy fruit. The typical triple flavours, malt and spice, appear discretely later on in a long, bitter finish. Nice one.

Bottle. Pours light golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, sweet fruit, hops. Taste is malt, yeast, peach, citrusly hops. Medium body, soft carbonation. Pretty nice brew. 300312

On tap at Ølfestival 2011. It’s a hazy, golden-orange beer topped by a dense, finger thick off-white head. Weak nose with pale malts and fruityness. Some peaches and pear. Fruity and lightly sugary flavor, warming, full-bodied and smoothly carbonated. Warm and fruity finish. A decent beer, but it needs more flavor from both hops and malts, and the yeast hasn’t done much except fermenting, not much spicyness or anything else left. 110528

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. AVerage moderate bitter finish. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Draught @ Olfestival 2011 Kobenhavn. nice hazy amber/golden color, with a small white head.Sweet fruity matly aroma with a strong presence of citric hops. Flavour is sweet caramel malty, with some yeast and lemon hops. Yeasty finish with lots of spices.

Bottle. Clear amber with small tan head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops and citrus. Flavour is malt, medium sweet, medium bitter, citrus, pine, yeast and caramel.

On tap at KØ-2011. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Flavour is hop, belgian yeat, malt, candis sugar. Nice beer.

Draft @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma with hoppy hints. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty flavor with citrus hoppy hints. Has a sweetish malty spicy yeasty finish.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Hazy pale amber, no head. Fruity nose with canteloupe and apples. Sweet with medium-full body. Yeasty and somewhat soapy with some spicy hops and pineapple. On the sweet side.
