Crowler filled today at the brewery. This excites me. Slightly hazy gold. Thin foamy white head that fades quickly. Aroma of funk, crusty bread, sourdough. Taste is tart lemon, funk, sourdough, yeast. Thin, low carb, no bitterness, strong lingering tartness, eminently refreshing. Nice kvass.
