very dark brown, smooth light brown head. Sweet roastd malty and slightly roasted aroma,flavor is slightly roasted, flowery, sort of woody sourness from smoke.dark malty, dark caramelly

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Deep amber colour, with a small brown head. Aroma is mild smoke along with some fruits, mild nuttyness, bacon and some ashes. Flavour is wood, malts, some ashes as well aas mild leathery notes as well. Some mild sourness to it as well in the background.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2011. Pours dark ruby amber with a creamy white head. Sweet and meaty nose. Bacon, campfire and caramel. Medium bodied. Smooth and tasty!

Draught @ Olfestival 2011 Kobenhavn, Carlsberg TAP1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, Copenhagen V, Denmark.Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, smoke. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet smoke, coconut. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110526]

Tap. Very dark brown with small beige head. Flavour is roasted malts, smoke, little meaty, dry, grainy and notes of coconut.

Draft. A red-brown beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of cocconuts, raisins, malt, and smoke. The flavor is sweet with notes of coconuts, smoke, malt, and alcohol, leading to a dry and roasted finish.

From tap. Pours hazy brown with a huge head. Aroma is smoked and dark malty. Sweet, dark malty and smoked flavoured. Bitter and slight herbal. Bitter and dry smoked finish.

On tap. Pours a clear warm orangey brown with a creamy off-white head. Sweet roast aroma with a subtle whiff of smoke. Medium body, sweet roastiness and a subtle but distinct touch of coconut. A little late sweetness. A fun idea to blend a coconut Porter with a smoke beer, but it actually works. 260511
