Nice amber color. Sweet beer, with some form of oxidation, malt aroma and flavor, some caramel, light fruity trace, and quite evident alcohol.
Good, although not the best from Baladin.

Bottle at DSG 2011. Dep golden orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is caramel, dried fruits, fruit, alcohol. Flavour is sweet, alcohol, sugar, malt, caramel, dried fruits, fruit. Nice beer.

Nice 1,5 lt Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Huge gusher (made quite a mess :D ). Orange/amber color, bubbly but fails to cerate a head. Sweet matly aroma and flavour. Vinous, caramel, wheat.

bottle ..... amber ... big alcohol and orange nose ... soft sweet fruist ... thick oily body ... sugery sweet toffee... again some alcohol... green apples ... candi sugers ? ...just a little rough ... im forced to update this... as i though i picked up some sake tones ... but htough stop it your being silly... but suddenly the wife just said the same thing unprompted... how very weird

Bottle 1500ml @ TFODRBSG11, Ulfborg
Pours cloudy dark golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and dried fruits. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 150cl corked. A really gusher, producing a big, off-white head soon diminishing into a thin layer of bubble. Hazy, orangey-golden body. Sugary fruityness on the nose, some alcohol, citrus and some generic fruityness. Complex and well integrated. The same goes for the flavor, but it’sa bit too heavy on alcohol. Sugary, light caramel flavored and with a nice fruityness and bitterness. Balanced bitterness and sweetness in the end. Full-bodied and very warming. A quite nice one, complex and tasteful, but too alcoholic. 110820

Magnum bottle, terrible gusher. Amber with floaties, small white head. Fruity aroma with peach, pineapple, cherry and caramel and spice. Sweet fruity and somewhat sugary flavour with some unpleasant phenolic notes.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Hazy amber with small off-white head, Flavour is malt, caramel, fruit, yeast, little sweet, spices, toffee, little hops and bitter.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy amber copper with a small white head. Vague yeast, bread and caramel. Vinous. Baking yeast. Tasty.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, yeast, malt, caramel and hops. Nice and vinous.
