BenjiClaus is our interpretation of the Samishclaus. Like Samishclaus this Lager has a sweet fruity malt – raisins, plums and prunes, mostly – warm toffee, mild earthy. And a Big Boy ABV of 10%.
This beer is named after our Craft Beer'd Specialiste, Ben. He didn't celebrate Christmas as a kid. We are instilling this beer & Ben with Christmas Spirit.

Pint can thanks to hershiser2. Thanks! 7.4.20. I'm celebrating this holiday touring the states. OH, WI, MI, NY, CA, CO, and now VA. Dark copper large frothy tan head good retention. Aroma of toffee, raisin, tea, toast. Taste is raisin, toffee, booze, plum. Medium bodied, moderate booze. Tasty. Definitely a sipper.

Pounder: Doughy bread nose. Crystal clear brown, thin tan head. Pecan, smoke, sweet bread, kibble. Full body, moderate carbonation.
