5-3-4-2-9 Bottle, #076/190-4 (8,5% ABV), five years before bbd, shared with Inbreak and friends. Pours mahogany, with a small creamy head. Aroma is fruity yeast with wet hay, banana, cloves and bubble gum, as well as sugar and caramels. Watery to medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is grainy malts, with bread and kandi as well as dark fruits, with ripe banana and herbal notes.

Actually this was my first craft italian beer, got as a wooden gift box from christmas maybe 2005 or 2006, magnum bottle with 3 bars of ultra high quality dark chocolate. Dark brown color, lively carbonation and expansive head with toasted malts and cocoa with a sharp taste and decent bitterness. That’s what i remind from that experience, it was good shared with friends and fit well with chocolate.

Dark amber to brown color. Aroma of malt with chocolate traces. The body is weaker than somehow expected, there is a good flavor of malt and soft chocolate, caramel, and decent bitterness; all over there is a timid fruity trait. Pleasant.

Cloudy dark brown beer. Frothy white head. Light dry palate, a little soft. Aged malt with a little cocoa like chocolate. Medium sweet. Subtle raspberry. Finishes soft and dry. Has a certain charm.
