Nice 1,5 lt. bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Hazy dark brownish amber with no head. Sweet malty aroma and flavour, quite funky, ripe fruit, caramel, chocolate is not that noticeable.

Bottle, 150cl, corked. 2008 vintage. It’s a murky brown beer with a dense, but small, beige head. Chocolatey aroma with a nice hoppyness. Some alcohol too. The flavor has a nice blend of chocolatey maltyness and hoppy bitterness, with some grapefruit hints and alcohol. Warming and full-bodied. A quite nice one, but a bit chocolatey and malty. Wouldn’t mind having it again though. 110820

Bottle 1500ml @ TFODRBSG11, Ulfborg
Pours cloudy brown with a off-white head..Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and chocolate. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Cloudy brown with a small white head. Aroma of chocolate, dried fruit and yeast. Sweet and full bodied fruity and malty flavour with a hint of chocolate and more than enough yeast flavour.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy amber with a small white head. Sweet malty. Nuts and caramel. Smooth. A bit of yeast and hazelnuts. Soft. Tasty!

Bottle from 2008 @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown with floaties. Aroma and taste are milk chocolate, roast malt, caramel and hops.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Dark muddy brown with floaties and medium tan head. Flavour is light roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, fruit, sweet, hops and a little bitter.

Thank you, yespr. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour is sourish with a hint of chocolate. Seems a little off with the sourness.

Bottled@Yespr’s blindtasting. Amber colour, small off-white head with a bunch of floaties. Aroma is fruits, wood, yeast and some caramel and chocolate. Flavour is chocolate, caramel, mild wooden notes as well as some syrup and yeastyness.
