Bottled at PBF. Clear pale golden, minimal head. Funky tart nose with sour apricots. Tart with medium body and crisp, sounded mouthfeel. Bone dry with funk, hay and mirabelles. Mid bitter finish. 8 years in a bottle has done it well.

Vintage 2017. Golden colour, tiny white head. Vinegardish, musty aroma. Light-bodied. White grapes, tartmess, simple, light and already a bit musty. PBF XV.

PBF XV. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some slight herbal and mild citrus tones. Flavour is floral, some wooden, mild herbal and citrusy tones with mild yeasty tones. Quite mellow. Nicely dry palate.

Аромат ягодный, много малины, немного земляники и вишни. Легкое ощущение моченных яблок. Цвет полутемный, прозрачный, пены не было вообще. Вкус неплохой, снова ягоды, малина, черника, земляника, и косточка вишни. Послевкусие кислое, от яблок, но по странному. слегка резковатое что ли. Также ощущается слива, много черной смородины и вишни. В целом порадовало
