Unter uns ... weil man auf dem Baisinger Fußballplatz schon vom Zuschauen unglaublich durstig wird, kam Paul Teufel auf die Idee mit Baisinger Leichte. Da sind 40% weniger Alkohol und 40% weniger Kalorien drin als im Baisinger Pilsner. Jetzt kann man doppelt so viel trinken ohne auf den Geschmack zu verzichten - empfiehlt Edmund Teufel.

Bottled 500ml (BZ, BB 07/2011)
Clear golden color, small white head. A bit sticky harsh malty aroma with hints of metal and some herbal hops. Light body, watery palate. Light sweetish maltyness with some rubbery notes. Finish is very dry with light herbal hoppyness. Not hopeless low alcohol, with a little bit more alcohol (~3.5%) this would be even drinkable session beer :)

Bottle from Bierzwerg. Very light golden color with medium white head. medium carbonation. Aroma, malt, light hops, fruity hints. Taste, bitter sour, grain, light bitter finish. Not bad at all.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and foamy white head. Draffy malt aroma with herbal and slightly grassy hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied with a crisp carbonation. Slim malty taste with notes of corn and draff; moderately dry, slim and slightly hop bitter finish. Not the worst example of the style. 08.IV.11
