2019 waxed and corked bottle thanks to Drake! Was going to save this for a milestone, but I think celebrating vacation next week is worth popping this for. Pours reddish amber with a soft beige head; Lots of tiny carbonation throughout. Nose is dark fruit, toffee, caramel. Caramel, buttery vanilla, black cherry, light very back end raisin. Not overly boozy, believe it or not. Really nice... I'm enjoying this.

Waxed and corked 375 mL bottle from the brewery as part of the 3rd anniversary week in 2021. 5/24/21. McF's superfan Jay J. says it's really smooth. I hope he's right. Hazy red orange, thin fizzy tan head, good retention. Aroma of anise, dark fruits, booze, buttery toffee. Taste is toffee, stone fruit, raisin, vanilla, booze. Peppery booze is present, but for the ABV it is pretty damn smooth. Full bodied, warming, booze moderately present. Nice accident. Even at two years pretty hot. This could age for many many years. Very nice.
