Bottle, gift from ippopotamo36 (thanks Alberto!). Rossiccia con riflessi rosa/violacei, schiuma bianca leggera. Al naso sentori di sciroppo di ciliegie, yogurt ai frutti rossi, limone, erba medicinale. In bocca è mediamente acida, fruttata, molto yougurt e finale tart, limone. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Originale e ben fatta.

Bottle shared at kermis' chop suey extravaganza. Hazy dark brownish amber with thin offwhite head. Cardboard juice, light sour cherries. Light sweet and sharp little sour pinch, moderate bitter. BXLBeerfest. Pours red. Aroma is sweet, caramel fruits. Flavor is sour, sweet, fruits, burn sugar. Overall: okish, but -5 to overall for it kvass when it has nothing to do with kvass...

Thank you for sharing RB crew! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2017. A 4.5 % ABV Kwass, seriously that make zero sense whatsoever. Clear darker amber, little tanned head. Nose is butter, kitchen spices, soap, sour cherries,… Oddly sour, soap, butter kitchen spices, thin dark bread,… Body is thinner, sour watery cherry finish, soap,… Weird, not sure as what to make of it.

Clear deep orange to amber beer, creamy off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of caramel, bit sweet, bread, sugary touch, lots of yeast, dried fruits, plums. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, sourish, caramel, buttery notes, acidic. Aftertaste: pretty dry, some tannins, bit funky, very sour finish, malty as well.

Tap at BXL festival. Clear reddish brown with small off white head. Caramel, lactic notes, sour berries, rye, grassy herbs. Medium sour and light bitter. Light bodied. Meh.

0,3l from bottle at Ottakringer Braukulturwochen shared with a friend. brown color with a red hue. basically no head. smells of berries, mulberry, earthy, spices. nice smell. light to medium body, almost no carbonation, light mouthfeel. tastes of berries notes, earthy, bit medical, bit acidic, peppery, bit herbal. finishes rather dry with notes of berries, earthy notes and light medical notes. nice one overall. 7, 4, 7, 3, 14
