Based on our flagship blonde ale, Fractal develops bright, tart flavors of lime from fermentation with our house blend of wild yeast. Fermentation in oak adds nuance and smooth notes of vanilla. The result is reminiscent of key lime pie - a sparkling, complex, and delightfully refreshing sour beer.
