7 3 6 2 12 Draft at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels ’17. Hazy orange brown with a small white head. Aroma of vinegar, caramel and tart plum. Flavour is above moderate sweet and moderate sour. Moderate bodied with a lactic burn finish and soft carbonation.

Tap at BXL festival. Murky brown with barely any head. Sour plums, soft glue, overripe red fruits, yoghurt, Very oxidized, lots of pluis and bitter herbs. Medium sweet, under medium sour and over medium bitter. Over medium bodied. Not really my thing.

Sampled at BXL. Murky ruby pour witha very thin tan head. Notes of cognac, dried cherries, oxidized apples, light vinegar. Full body, low carbonation.
