Very dark brown, ruby edges, thin tan creamy head, some lacing
Aroma - soft sweet dark malts, bit of chocolate
Taste as aroma, light soft roasted malts, touch of milk sugars, quite tasty - it is a light mild
Palate - soft carb, light body, bit oily. Finish as main flavour, soft light roasted chocolate malts
Overall - Simple beer but quite a decent mild

Cask at GBBF 2010. A pitch black beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has strong notes of roasted malt as well as light notes of soy sauce. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of roasted malt, medium notes of caramel, and light notes of soy sauce.

Cask gravity London Drinker BF. Certainly my favourite mild of the festival. Black, thin beige head. Good choc/coffee bitterness. Good dark mild with plenty of flavour. Good dry tarry finish with more dark choc
