A toast to the west coast! Hometown Harvest is a malt forward IPA featuring California’s Admiral Malts, along with Mecca Grade Estate Malts and local hops from Crosby Hops in Oregon. This clear dark amber brew features lightly sweet and moderately bitter notes. You’ll appreciate the combination of grain, earthy, and floral aromas. Celebrate a west coast autumn and relish this brew throughout the season. Available exclusively online for a limited time only.

12oz can. Poured a clear copper color with a medium sized white head, quickly dissipating. Not overly juicy or hoppy, but a nice, pleasant earthy hop character. It doesn't have that extreme herbal character that so many NAs have. Pleasant caramel, and a very mild pine finish. This may be the best IPA that I've had so far from them.

Pours clear, dark amber gold into a tulip. Soapy head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface. Mild earth aromas. Medium bodied with sweet brown bread, pumpernickel and spice front to back. Medium length citrus and pine finish.

12 ounce can from the brewery by mail order. Technically I’m blending two versions of the same beer. One is CA ingredients and one is CT/NY ingredients. But I can’t tell which is which and neither can Untappd. If these are different beers, it’s a terroir thing. Hazy copper large frothy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of grain, leafy and herbal hop. Taste is dank, green, piney hop, pale malt. Slick, moderate bitterness. Nice.
