This one's for Mika, Somenumbers1234. Rest in peace. Wax-sealed 500ml bottle thanks to Drake. It's been in my fridge for some time as I rarely drink beer these days. Pours clear brown with some floaties, lots of carbonation, small head. Nose is plum, caramel, hint of smoke, brown grasses, toffee. Toffee, caramel, brown grasses, plum, earth, wood.

Waxed half liter bottle from the brewery, 10/5/22. Dark brown, medium brown head, average retention. Aroma of raisin, toffee, whiskey, oak, plum. Taste is oak, butter, plum, raisin, toffee, vanilla. A bit thinner than expected. Moderate booze. Probably could use some aging.

Keg at the brewery, 12/16/21. Clear amber thin frothy tan head, good retention. Aroma of oak, vanilla, rye, caramel, booze. Taste is toast, caramel, raisin, vanilla, whiskey, oak. Nice. 100th McFleshman’s rating!!!!
