Thanks to Erzengel for that bottle. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts malty, bready, a lot of moldy-soapy notes. Light sourish. Finish unbalanced malty-sweetish. Not my favourite.

* Old rating, 0,5l screw-top-bottle, best before 08.07.09. Gar nicht mal zu schlecht für ein alkoholfreies Weizen. Süffig-süßlich mit netter Hefenote. Die typische Alkoholfrei-Note hält sich nett im Hintergrund. Leicht metallisch-herb im Nachgeschmack. Gar nicht zu schlecht.

Mild getreidiger und leicht süßer Antrunk. Die Alkoholentzugsaromen können gut verborgen werden, das Bier erscheint weich, dennoch fehlen natürlich die meisten Aromen, die ein Weizen sonst ausmachen. Wenig herb, etwas nach Kornflakes, zum Ende wässrig. Eiskalt im Sommer erfrischend! 9/8/8/7/9/8

Bottle 500ml.Unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, cereal, wheat. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110416]
