Awhile back we met up with our pals at Ocelot to bring you something from the Above and the Below, now it’s only right we had them out to visit us and hit up the In Between. We got together to bring you the ultimate cold weather lager experience. In Between is a Dunkels Bock that was lagered for an extensive period. This beer pours a rich mahogany in color and has a luxurious toasted bread aroma. The flavor is layered in endless depths of complex maltiness. Showing only enough bitterness to carry the malt, the malt sweetness carries right into the finish, and then dissipates, never overstaying its welcome.
