Rhizosphere features two of our favorite hop varieties, HBC1019 and Strata! Pouring a vibrant golden color the aroma highlights ripe peaches, light pine, and dank hops. The first sip follows the same: peaches, mixed tropical cocktails, and multigrain bread undertones rounded out with a delightfully restrained hop resin flavor without being bitter. It’s like drinking a luscious peachy hop cloud!

Pint can from Beer Run, 6/13/23. Murky orange, chunks, thin white head, average retention. Aroma of grapefruit, floral, peach. Taste is grapefruit, dank, pine, lemon. MIld bitterness, decent balance.
