The Foundry at Basic City Beer Co is our new music venue. We have been working on this reclamation project for a few years. It is a 15,000 sq ft venue located in what was once but long gone the brass foundry for historic Va Metalcrafters. With state-of-the-art sound & lighting-big venue arrays subs, stationary active lighting- this venue will celebrate local, regional touring national acts. Fashioned in our industrial defunct aesthetic it will be a perfect compliment to the Basic City Beer Co campus. Coming in 2022
The Foundry Series Big DIPA is a way for us to cheers and gain excitement for a BIG future of live music. As you all know by now, Basic City, Va is considered a “Lost Town of Virginia”. It is fitting that we cheers you with The Foundry Series Big DIPA in anticipation of our industrial-defunct full-sensory live-music experience, “What once was lost is now The Foundry!”

Pint can from Beer Run, 5/21/23. Can says DIPA series but I cannot find any indication on the can of the series # or the hops included. ABV matches. Very hazy orange, medium beige head, average retention. Aroma of tropical fruit, lime, grapefruit. Taste is mango, pineapple, passionfruit, pale malt, orange zest. Mild bitterness. Well balanced. Nice.
