Galaxy and Mosaic when paired together, are quite the hop oil laden combination, and it shows here, even radiantly if we do say so ourselves.
We’ve found that Galaxy can be quite the temperamental hop at times when used on its own, but when paired with certain varietals, magic often happens.
We notice deeply expressive candied orange pulpy citrus, under ripe pineapple, dark berries, floral dank evergreen, and our delicately soft stone fruit-kiwi laden mouthfeel.

Pint can from Beer Run, 5/18/23. Canned 3/22/23, so just shy of 2 months. Murky orange, floating particles. Medium off-white head, good retention. Aroma of grapefruit, passionfruit, tiny bit of dank. Taste is dank, melon, passionfruit, resin, pale malt. Mild bitterness, juicy. Nice.

Passion fruit and grapefruit. Some pine. Decent balance and pretty well done hazy. Some caramel. Murky yellow pour with big creamy head and good lacing. Sweet and tangy finish. Tap at Gilly's.
