Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Keg at the Dairy Market location, 4/29/23. Hazy gold, large white head, good retention. Aroma of stone fruit, mustard, funk, meat. Taste is citrus, funk, yeast, olive, lemon. Definitely something funky in the air around here. Interesting. Deent.
