Clear, deep gold colored, small nonlasting white head. Aroma is of sweet apples, apple rind, bit tart, light funk. Medium sweet apple juice, some apple rind, bit tart, light sugar, bit too sweet. Medium bodied, average+ carbonation.

15 year old bottle. Maybe not more rateable... Hazy dark golden with little white head. Aroma is fruity juicy apples, tanins. Taste is intensely dry with many tanins and lots of sour fruit. A layer of mealy stuff on the tongue. Almost undrinkable due to the tanins and dryness. Reminds me of unblended lambic... Probably too old?

100ml draught at Taphouse. Crystal clear golden body. Bubbles to the rim of the surface. Mid-sweet apples and a mild touch of farmyard on the nose. Mid-sweet and mid-dry apples to the taste profile. Very smooth in the mouth. Refreshing, a bit unvaried though (Copenhagen 13.11.2015).

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - clear golden yellow pour with small white bubbly head. Aroma and taste is prominent dry apple, light acidic, crisp on the palate, apple skin, citric dry finish. Pretty decent.

Unclear orange. Aroma of slightly oxydized apples ans sulphur. Fine taste of apples with a long and even better aftertaste, with a hint of cardamom. Well balanced bitterness. Characterful and interesting. Dry mouthfeel.

Aroma is somewhat acidic with ripe and floury apples, also some sweet fruit sugar tones. Flavour has ripe and slightly floury apples and apple peel. Also some slight gastric acid notes after couple of sips. Leathery and ’greasy’ finish. A bit disappointing; I like my ciders with less floury and ripe apples – and more leathery & dry. No problems finishing the bottle though.

75cl. Nice fruity nose, a bit tart. The cider starts fruity, very nice balanced, tart, astringent. Not too sweet. The mainpart is nice fruity, tart apples with only a very small remaining sweetness. A very little bit mouldy. The aftertaste is tart, astringent with nice cider-apple aroma. --> nice dry cidre!! --> 12/11/11/12
