Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Keg at the brewery, 10/25/24. Clear copper, large off-white head, average retention. Aroma of toast, caramel, bit of cat hair. Taste is toast, caramel, stone fruit, nougat. Crisp. Tad bit too sweet.
