Bottle. Dark amber almost brown color. Medium head. Taste is a rich malty flavor with a hoppy tasting aftertaste. Aroma leans to the hoppy side.

Bomber bought 2 days ago pours with an explosively tall light tan head and amber body. The aroma is dusty and acidic with some roasted malts and nuttiness off in the background. I’m a bit worried that giving this a try will wreck my palate with a possible acidic infection. Ok, it isn’t too bad after I let it sit out for a while. I get some tartness and dustiness that moves into some yeast flavors and textures. It also begins to unveil roasted malts, some sweet nuttiness and a bit of chocolate showing up in the after taste. Why can’t bottle shops shore this stuff cold?

Bottle at Jan & Charlottes tasting, Ulfborg, Denmark 09.04.11 cheers Jan & Charlotte The aroma is a touch fruity with some alcohol. Fruity in the mouth, smooth but not sure what this is really. Lightly malty, lacking in all areas if truth be know other than sweetness which needs to be lacking. A5 A3 T5 P3 Ov10 2.6

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a clear pale amber color with a medium thin off-white head that disappears quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malt and mild hops. Light body with flavors of sweet malt and caramel along with a hint of hops. The finish is sweet and malty. Slightly above average overall.
