The Farmhouse is comprised of seven different estate grown apples fermented with the yeasts native to our orchard. Every year each cultivar in the orchard gives us varying amounts of fruit. Some cultivars will give us a bumper crop one year and nothing the next. This is a true farmhouse, made more by the orchard than us.

Sample at the cidery, 8/25/24. Clear amber, thin white head. Aroma of sweet apple, brown sugar, hint of vinegar. Taste is sweet apple, brown sugar. Nice.
