Our newest taproom IPA, but this one is brewed with a new experimental hop variety out of Yakima- HBC 1019. This hop variety has interesting notes of coconut, oranges, peaches and even a hint of caramelized banana! We brewed it as a traditional West-Coast Style IPA to feature the hops.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Keg at the brewery, 8/23/24. Slightly hazy amber, large white head, good retention. Citrus aroma. Taste is citrus, tropical hops, mango, pineapple, grapefruit. Lingering bitterness.
