Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet, light citrus - fruity acidic and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, citrus - fruity, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100803]

Cask@GBBF2010. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, some fruits and earth. Mild sourness as well. Flavour is pleasant with wheat, mild acidic wood, some mild spices as well as some mild citrus fruits.
