Can from McFleshmans, 5/3/24, April Fools gimmick that came a bit late. This one with cheese curds. Clear amber, medium white head, poor retention. Aroma of caramel, raisin, a tinny note, and some cheese. Taste is toast, raisin, cheese, piney hop. Crisp, well balanced. Solid, despite the gimmick, and I get a snack at the end!
