This beer has been a long time coming. Brewed after a song title from the definitive Norwegian stoner metal/rock band Black Debbath, MONGO NORWAY is a cross-Atlantic experiment in flavor.
Brewed like the ubiquitous New England IPAs with loads of tropical fruit forward hops, then fermented with the Norwegian kveik yeast strain Hornindal for more fruit notes and finally topped off with some mango for an aromatic burst. Truly a beer to rock out with!

Keg at the brewery with Ben, Adam, and Sally, 12/19/24. Hazy orange, large white head, average retention. Aroma of mango, pale malt, mild resin. Taste is mango, pale malt. Mild bitterness.
