Kristalweiss is a filtered version of the classic Hefeweizen. It has been filtered to remove yeast and fined to reduce the haze causing proteins from malted wheat. The result is a beautiful golden ale with white foam and a light, crisp body. It retains the wonderful banana bread flavors and aromas with a touch of clove spiciness from fermentation.
