Keg at Timber Tap, 2/3/24. New brewery! Brewery # 2265, USA # 1862, WI # 215.Dark brown, large tan head, average retention. Aroma of toasted malt, caramel, cherry. Taste is toasted malt, green hops, caramel, earth, chocolate, bakers chocolate. Tad bit thin. Odd. Solid.
