The other day we were rubbing and sniffing a bunch of hops and we had a SUPER FUN TIME! Thought we'd share the good times by brewing up an IPA with all of those SUPER FUN hops. We started with a base of 2-row and wheat malt because every fun IPA starts with a strong malt bill. Then we added Zappa hops as a late flavor addition, followed by Amarillo and Mosaic Cryo in the whirlpool. For even more fun we added Galaxy, Medusa and more Mosaic Cryo in the dry hop. So much guava, berry, and orange and FUN!

On tap at Stoup - Ballard, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has massive dank hops, some berry, tropical notes, and earthiness. Flavour is fairly dank, with some sweatiness, pot-like hops, some oils, and minerality. Dank, pot-like finish. Good but below what Stoup is capable of.

Draft pour pint at Tapped Mill Creek. Clean shiny golden appearance. Rocky head. Active carb, crisp first sip with a bold piney bitterness. Lots of forest hops, a good bite on an otherwise crisp and easy drinking IPA. Another solid one from these guys. No haze equals a super fun time.

Can. Pours a clear golden hue with a medium white head. A sweet citrus nose, lemons. Smooth. Light hints of deep resin, oranges, perfume. Zesty. Good.
