Draft pour pint at Elliott Bay Pizza. Clean penny copper pour, plenty of head and lacing that sticks around. Bready grains on the nose, some pine, gentle metallic. Cool and crisp front, wonderfully sessionable imperial. Mildly biting pine bitter hops. A nice warming finish. Very nice winter IiPA here.

Sampled from the tap at Broken Top Bottle Shop. Pours a clear copper with an amber hue and a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has pine with a bit of citrus rind and slightly sweet bread underlying. Flavor combines pine and a bread note with a touch of bitter citrus in the finish.

16 ounce can. Pours a clear orange hue with a medium white head. A big perfume and citrus nose. Sweet, toast, medium citrus, hints of resin and bitterness. Clean. Lots of malt. Very good.
