We teamed up with Xicha Brewing to craft this Fresh Hop Pilsner for Brewing Bridges 2024. It features 240 pounds of Tettnang hops from Goschie Farms and a mix of German and local pilsner malts, delivering balanced floral and citrus notes with a smooth body.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Town and Country, as part of their fresh hop mystery pack. Always love when fresh hop season goes beyond IPAs. Clean, pale golden pour. Pils grain forward nose with a touch of grassy hops. Clean taste, some lemon like citrus notes. Really easy drinking pils, and definitely far from a boring or standard brew within the style. Fun introductory collab here.
