Tap at the brewpub. Yeasty aroma, slightly fruity, medium bitterness, yeasty finish. Subtle alcohol warmth, stone fruit, and basil. Decent.

(On tap @ Folly, Jan 13 2016) Pours clear pale gold with a permanent white head and lace. Aroma sourish lemon, orange, underripe pit fruit, dried herbs, some spices, slight candy sugar and grains. Flavour is mildly tart and moderately sweet with some orange juice, lemon peel, pale malts, light bread, white pepper, dried herbs. Finish is a bit sweet and a bit tart with grains and herbs. No alcohol. Medium bodied with fairly high but soft carb. Nice enough, but I didn’t really get much farmhouse character here, just a tripel that’s on the tart side.

Some florals and light citrus. pours golden with ok head. Light tangy finish. More like a saison than a trippel. Light coriander. Average carbonation. Tap at brewpub.
