Cask at GBBF 2012. So the word on the street is that this is unblended/proto Fou’ Foune. It pours cloudy golden orange, with a small white head. The nose is farmyard, lemon, light sulphur (akin to an egg sandwich), tartness, apricot and peach. The taste is juicy tart apricot, peach, lemon, zippy sherbet, sour egg whites and some white vinegar, with a juicy tart finish. Medium body and low carbonation. Smooth and utterly delicious.
