A strong dark stout with an extract of wild vanilla collected in the forests of Chinantla Oaxaca. Contains Mexican brown sugar, anis and an infusion of cognac. Its sweet aroma and flavors take us back to the winter months. A wonderfully complex beer, available from November till February. This is our second Slow Beer, and we donate a percentage of our sales to Slow Food Mexico, to help preserve biodiversity

Actually works pretty well. Subtle infusion of anis and vanilla. Blacl pour with decent head and lacing. Some chocolate and caramel. Bittersweet finish. Bottle at Pizarro bar.
