Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma is dominated by butterscotch. Taste is medium sweet with alot of butterscotch. Body is medium, texture is oily, caronation is soft.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, amber to dark golden beer with a small, off-white head. Really buttery on the nose, lemon and some herbs too. The flavor isn’t as buttery as the aroma, at least not initially, it’s more on the fruity side, at least until the butterscotch kicks in. Medium body. Way to buttery to be enjoyable, but at least it’s drinkable. 110415

Bottle @ Ulfborg Easter Gathering, 2011. Pours clear amber copper with a small creamy off white head. Butter. . Quite heavy!!! Nothing but butter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are butter, sour milk, socks, caramel, malt and hops.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear deep golden with an off-white head leaving a discreet lacework. Heavy, heavy diacetyl aroma. Medium body, some caramel but the thick and sticky bitter accents dominate. Subdued bitterness. 150411

Bottle: Hazy, copper coloured, mid-sized - slowly collapsing - white head; sweetish fruity (diacetyl?) and caramelly nose with a tinge of milk-chocolate; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied, pretty soft, but sticky; some residual sugars in the only slightly more bitter and fruity finish. Quite unspectacular brew with a "rural" franconian touch......

(bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet and slightly yeasty cara-malty aroma with a milky touch and citric, also slightly herbal hoppy note. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Cara-malty, slightly bready taste with present notes of herbal and subtle fruity hops; malty and rounded herbal hoppy finish. Pleasant unfiltered Märzen. 25.II.11

Hazy orange-copper colour. Very toasty notes with some light yeast. Sweet and yeast with light cocoa and breadcrust. Gets thin and too creamy.
