“Dew Right” is a traditional blonde ale brewed with hand-processed, fresh honeydew melons in both the whirlpool and dry hop. As if this beer didn’t already embody the warm summer months, we also added a dose of the German varietal Hull Melon to the dry hop to further amplify the ever-present sensation of melon. Done honey dew and some peel astringency. Cloudy golden pour with ok head. Bittersweet finish. Interesting flavor for a beer. Can at Fillmore east.
