We took heirloom apples from the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, and infused it with fresh ginger sourced from a small local farm. Finally we add a twist of lime peel for a bright, refreshing homage to the Moscow Mule.

Some apple peel. Some apple. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Water texture and watery finish like Jari Kuri going for a swim. Bottle thanks to beastiefan.

Bottle shared, thanks DCLawyer! Clear whitish yellow. Aromas of herbs, rosemary, apples. Tastes of tart apples, herbs, stone fruit. Light body with a dry finish.
