This is one of the first beers we brewed in the early days when the brewery was still finding its feet. It was originally an occasional summer beer, but proved quite popular so we now make it regularly. It's brewed to a simple recipe that has changed little over the years. Marks Otter pale malt, caramalt and a little wheat in the mash, Cascade & Motueka hops in the copper followed by a small Cascade dry hop addition.

Fruity, hoppy taste with lemon, grapefruit, grass and a generous bitterness in the finish. Solid malt to balance. Medium body, some caramel sweetness. Nice and tasty.
