A Negroni is a firm favourite around the brewery, so the chance to make a Non Alcoholic version in January was an exciting prospect. Sharp red fruits with the lasting bitterness you'd expect from the cocktail and a little fizz to leave this cocktail on the Sbagliato side of the spectrum

Can at home picked up from 73 Enid Street probably. A vibrant big orange blood orange red coloured pour with a loose bright orange head. Looks the part. Aroma is dry hgerbal citrus, Campari, pine needle, pinch of salt, blood orange. Dry herbal. Flavour is composed of dry dried orange, blood orange, salt, dry prickly herbal. Palate is semi crisp, light prickly, dryining pithy finish, moderate carbonation.

keg at the sadler cat ...deep red . thin tan lacing ..soft dry fruit nose .,wierd fruit ..dry fruit ..fizzy berries ..soft dry fruit ..decent for 0abv but not sure what it is other tgan expensive soft drink

Reddish amber topped with a dirty crimson cap.
Nose is sharp citric zest, red berry must, herb, damp cloth.
Taste comprises red berry tang, juniper, herb, hedgerow, bitter citric rinds.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering edge.
Tidy AF sour.

Pours hazed red orange with a dirty orange head that fades. It nails a negroni with loads of orange, some bitterness nice dry, bitter finish. Really good.
